Our Sunday catechism celebrated the feast of Jesus baptism 12-1-2020

” When Jesus was baptized, the heavens opened, the Spirit like a dove descended upon him, and there came a voice from heaven saying: Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased”. On Baptism day, we remember our own baptism by which we took off our old sinful man and put on the new man, becoming sons of God, brothers of Jesus Christ, and temple of the Holy Ghost. In our mass, we present the symbols of baptism (white cloth, water, and a candle), whereby we offer ourselves always to be united with God as one body and to be righteous sons reflecting to all people the pure image of God existing within us.
